Live Mud Crab Shipping Disclaimer

By purchasing live crabs from Crab Mode, you agree to the following terms:

1. Delivery Timeline:

   • Your live mud crabs will arrive within 7 days of ordering (excluding weekends/public holidays).

   • For time-sensitive orders (e.g., events), please contact us in advance.

2. Handling & Storage:

   • Crabs are packed with damp padding and ventilation for survival during transit.

   • Upon delivery, immediately unpack and store in a cool, humid environment (e.g., damp cloth in the fridge).

3. Survival Guarantee:

   • We guarantee live arrival if crabs are unpacked within 1 hour of delivery in Singapore.

   • Report dead crabs within 2 hours with clear photos/videos for a refund/replacement.

4. Customer Responsibilities:

   • Do NOT submerge in water (crabs drown in tap water).

   • Do NOT freeze live crabs (keep at 12–18°C with damp towels).

   • Cook or refrigerate promptly (max 24 hours after delivery for freshness).

5. Non-Refundable Cases:

   • Failure to follow storage/handling instructions.

   • Delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses or unclaimed deliveries.
