Damaged or Dead on Arrival:
If your mud crabs arrive damaged or dead, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof. We will offer a full refund or replacement for the affected crabs.
Delivery Issues:
If your order is delayed or lost due to shipping errors, please notify us immediately. We will either reship your order or provide a full refund.
Customer Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may incur a partial fee to cover preparation and shipping costs.
